Sandgate Society
The Society deals with conservation
matters and inappropriate developments. It forms a focus for village
life, serves as an Information Centre and organises many social event - more information

The Rowing Club
The Folkestone Rowing Club
based at Granville Parade, Sandgate -
for rowing, running, snooker and table tennis - plus a great bar!

Sea Cadets
Sea Cadets parade on Mondays + Thursdays

Cubs and Beavers
Boys and girls are welcome to
join the Sandgate Cubs group (age 8+) or the Sandgate Beavers group
(age 6-8). Meetings are held in the Scouts Hut, The Undercliffe, Sandgate. Call

Folkestone & Hythe Operatic and
Dramatic Society: Activities include: Auditions, Tower Theatre Open Days, Workshops etc. - all open to
the public.

The Sandgate Village Ladies Group
Meetings on the last Wednesday of each month at the Old
Fire Station Reading Room between 10am and 12pm - where lively
discussion and coffee is available. Plus each month there is a speaker
on a topic of interest.
