Archive Enquiries: If you want to look through our archives it is best to come along to the Old Fire Station on a Saturday morning between 10am and 12pm. However if your research is expected to take some time it would be best if you visited the Old Fire Station by previous arrangement with our Archivist Bobbie Allen for an accompanied visit.

If you are not able to visit the OFS personally Bobbie Allen will undertake some research on your behalf - a small charge will be requested to cover for this service. Please contact Bobbie Allen to discuss exactly what you are researching and she will advise you of the likely charges for this search.

• charges are for photocopying documentation plus p&p - and for extensive searches a charge will apply of £5 for up to an hours research. 

Although the Society Archive is extensive it should be understood that this charge does not guarantee a positive outcome to the search.
